Make a list
Today is make a list day ! This exercise will change your life forever , not only will you be empowered to succeed , but you will see how fast your goals come to pass with a list .
Make a list of all your goals and dreams , be free what are they really ? Now next to that list , ask yourself ate you using your weight as and excuse to not go after certain goals .
Make a list of all the things that bother you about your weight : example are there certain sports you won't participate in due to weight . , How about this ,a young lady I'm coaching just told me she wouldn't date any guy who approached her because she didn't feel fit enough . By the way she said I could tell you all that .
Make a another list called the I love me list : before you make the list right now stop and go to a mirror look right into it and declare to yourself I love you !! Say it again I love you !! You have to really love yourself to do something about yourself ! You'll reach your fullest potential once you love yourself ! Love yourself enough to improve your lifestyle , your energy level , your attitude & mood and your eating habits ! Choose well today
Everyday we have to make wise food choices , today im dining out at one of my fab Italian restaurants , and I choose a grilled chicken salad ! Wanted pasta but now I have less calories to burn and more energy !!

Imagine a new you
How about taking a few minutes to picture yourself at a healthy weight , what does your ideal picture of you look like ? Think for a moment what will your weight loss do for you , will it make you more outgoing ? Will it improve your marriage or sex life with your husband ? Will it cause you to shop for clothes different ? What about your attitude ? What about the possibility of promotion ? Yes a trimmer , leaner , healthier image does open up a vast variety of new doors and opportunities !! Go ahead see the new you see the new life , visualize today what all you can do and be ! Get a picture of a body you like put your headshots on it post on the fridge as a visual reminder of where your headed !! Let's step into spring with a new image !!!

Why do you really really want to lose weight ?
I discovered that my weight loss goals and motivation had to be for me . When I really begin to lose the weight was when i realized everything I desired was on the otherside of what I wouldn't do , lose the weight !! Look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself how do I really want to look ? What's the main areas about my body that concern me ? Then write down at least ten things you would do at your ideal weight !! One of mine was fill my closet with dresses , fitted ones I love dresses always have , and now I'm proud to say my closet is full of size 4/6 dresses ! The work was sooo worth the reward ! Exercise tip : Did you know that 10,000 steps a day would cause you to lose belly fat and burn off tons of calories , yet most women only take about 2,000- 3,000 steps a day !!! Wow movement is exercise this week walk walk walk up down your stairs around your house , declutter a room ! I did I purged my shoe closet the last two days , and had to lose at least a pound just doing that ! Walk throuigh the mall spy out what you'll be wearing this spring / summer with your new fab body ! Let me hear what you'll be wearing !!!!
